Learn more about our Collaborative Research Study

My name is Michaela Koveleskie, M.A. and I am a doctoral student at Xavier University in the School of Psychology. You are invited to take part in my doctoral dissertation conducted in collaboration with the Advanced Cosmetic Surgery and Laser Center.

The purpose of this study is to assess patient satisfaction following elective facial cosmetic surgeries. The information that you can provide is valuable, regardless of whether you ultimately pursue surgery. Thus, we are requesting your participation EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT SURE about which, if any, procedure you might undergo.

Participants in this study will be asked to complete a series of questionnaires at two time frames throughout the surgical process. The questionnaires include demographic information, a health survey, and rating scales of personal factors.  We anticipate most participants should take no more than 38 minutes to complete the entire study. There are no known or anticipated risks of participation in the study, nor are there any direct benefits to doing so.
