all good for everybody then and any allergies and then you take any medications or supplements do you drink or smoke about how much drink any breathing problems heart disease in 2010 you’re going to receive this today these prescriptions here we give you an antibiotic it is to help prevent infection he will start taking this the day before the procedure will take it 4 times a day until it’s gone and hydrocodone acetaminophen is a generic Vicodin Norco make sure you’re not taking both at the same time you don’t take anything we do recommend that you begin taking a multivitamin and vitamin C if you want to take that you can make Transportation arrangements to be here about 3 to 4 hours and then I’ll take you back home you’ll leave with a dressing you know on wrapped on your around your head like a headband type and then I’ll be remove on the next as long as you haven’t taken a narcotic pain medication and vision or anything like that let us know immediately if you develop a cold sore throat fever blister and a skin eruption and they not cancer surgery but we may order additional things for you on your multivitamin if you do start taking one just make sure that it doesn’t contain more than 200 are used per day of vitamin E two weeks prior to the procedure until that you would stop taking aspirin Motrin anything like that for headaches to just take Tylenol a blood thinner we will get you a baby shampoo for you to wash your hair with after the procedure removed before the surgery and take it until it’s gone exception to not take morning of surgery so you can eat and drink actually so we do the schedule a week ahead of time we will call you next week to let you know you’re See what you to wash your hair tonight apply products remove all makeup wigs jewelry bobby pins all that good stuff any dark nail polish know what to wear a shirt that buttons or zippers up front because we don’t want you pulling clothes over your head and and rest of your dressing you wear comfortable bottoms cuz you’re going to keep your bottoms down on so we’ll just put a little t-shirt down on you for the procedure and maybe wear a hoodie at 8 we can give you a scarf or if you want to wear honey just in case you see anyone out in the waiting area will take out the side door but it still comes out in the main lobby there go ahead and eat breakfast that morning nothing real heavy just something you know toast granola whatever cereal and then you can drink I wouldn’t I wouldn’t drink like a ton of coffee or a lot of water just in the left to go to the restroom during the procedure so basically will do photos will take you back in a little bit of paperwork again have you put your little down on give you medications to relax you like a Valium that’s why I only 2 driver do the procedure and put back the next day have that removed and then you will come back about 7 to 10 days later any questions on the pre-op before parent for it when you get back home you know every operation is going to expect at 36 to 48 hours for one week because raising your blood pressure cause bruising or bleeding to avoid hitting a bump in your sleep alone don’t want to sleep with someone that’s going to the animal pain medication if that doesn’t work you can take the Vicodin Norco and if you do take the narcotic pain medication because they can never taken them before drink lots of water with it you’ll continue taking your antibiotic until it’s gone if bleeding nose occur you would go to bed elevate your head and apply cool compresses have someone call the office we will show you at your 1 Day post op how to clean your incision site so don’t worry about because there’s a lot of information beforehand and then for two weeks activities for four weeks 3 or 4 weeks and then it’s bedtime for 3 more weeks to the area for one month following the procedure and you may resume swimming 10 days post-operatively if you can keep them from you know there will be a very temporary of the edges of the incision and the air is it could take 6 months to 1-year to finally reach what it’s going to look like so don’t be alarmed when we take the dressing off and it’s not going to look like what it will look like any other questions end of the day before A little bag of goodies stuff with them so just take it to the pharmacy in TF2 of insurance for do they do prescription coverage really going to cover it because I’m having you know cosmetic procedure done I’m like how would they know you know you would just go get an antibiotic filled and then paint you know they don’t they never ask what it’s for today yeah so I don’t know but alright yes and no kidding I will grab them Mark I think he’s coming back in it was nice to meet you and call us at anytime if you have any questions or concerns all right thank you
