Advanced Art! May 22 2009

CINCINNATI, OHIO — May 22, 2009 – The works of Cheryl Pannabecker will soon be on display at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center, located at 3805 Edwards Road, Suite 100 in the Rookwood Tower. The center’s Medical Director, Dr. Jon E. Mendelsohn, has been an ongoing supporter of the arts through The Mendelsohn Foundation for the Arts.

Says Mendelsohn, “Displaying various forms of art on an ongoing basis is a great way to keep our lobby looking beautiful and interesting, while supporting the work of local artists. We are pleased that our first artist show will feature the ceramic sculptures of Cheryl Pannabecker.”

Pannabecker works as an Artist Facilitator at senior centers, nursing homes and assisted living centers. She gives arts workshops and lessons through the Alzheimer’s Association and through Creative Aging Cincinnati, as well as independently. She has given Art Workshops at the Cincinnati Art Museum and in June 2007 gave a workshop at the Taft Museum in creating Botanical Terra Cotta’s. Cheryl recently exhibited in “Essence of a Thing” at the Weston Gallery in downtown Cincinnati. Cheryl resides and maintains her studio and garden in Northside.
