Dr. Hope is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati in 2007 and discovered a passion for skin health with her experience caring for acute and rehabilitative burn patients at Shriners Hospital as a Registered Nurse. She has since practiced in a private dermatology office, treating patients for medical dermatological needs and providing the latest cutting-edge treatments in aesthetic care. Her gentle nature, exceptional technique, and eye for excellence has organically grown into a greater focus in the field of aesthetic medicine.

Kati Vincent, NP
Kati is a Certified Nurse Practitioner with 8 years of combined experience in neonatal intensive care, women’s health, and medical aesthetics. Her role as a Nurse Practitioner in the Neonatal ICU has gifted her with the skills of extreme attention to detail, procedural excellence and the ability to maintain a calm & professional presence in stressful situations. In addition, Kati has 3 years experience in advanced aesthetics modalities, including injectable facial fillers, neuromodulator injections, biostimulators, medical microneedling, medical microdermabrasion, PRF/PRP, chemical peels and medical grade skin care.
Kati attained dual degrees in Microbiology and Gender Studies at The Ohio State University as an undergraduate student. After the birth of her daughter in 2011, she was inspired to pursue a career in nursing to support women & infants. She obtained her Bachelors of Nursing and Masters of Nursing from the University of Cincinnati’s Accelerated Nursing Program. Following graduation, she obtained her Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Certification from National Certification Corporation. She is a Mentor Instructor for the Neonatal Resuscitation Program, a lead instructor for the S.T.A.B.L.E. Program, and Provider Instructor for Helping Babies Breathe & Helping Babies Survive through the American Academy of Pediatrics. She is currently enrolled in the University of Cincinnati’s Family Nurse Practitioner Post-Masters Program in order to expand on her expertise and scope of practice.
Kati started her transition to the world of aesthetics & integrative health three years ago to provide a change of pace from the Intensive Care world and to expand on her knowledge in the holistic aesthetics health space. Since the start of this venture, she has had the opportunity to grow her integrative medicine & aesthetics knowledge exponentially, and she continues to further her knowledge by attending national conferences and trainings in the field. She loves the ability to utilize her attention to detail, her medical procedural expertise, anatomical knowledge and her skilled artistry as a provider in the ever-evolving field of medical aesthetics. She is passionate about safety, patient education, trauma informed care, energetic awareness & mindfulness in practice. Providing individualized, compassionate care in collaboration with her patients to safely achieve their wellness goals & desired aesthetic outcomes is her utmost priority.
Born and raised in Cincinnati, Kati currently resides in Blue Ash, Ohio with her partner Logan, her daughter Joselyn and their four furry friends: Archer, Ghost, Kiki & Polly. In her free time, she enjoys travel, live music, weight lifting, hiking, camping, water sports, and various creative outlets. She has volunteered on two medical brigades to the Dominican Republic, providing education & medical care to local families. She currently volunteers for a local no-kill animal shelter, is a Girl Scout troop leader, and a member of the Ohio Medical Reserve Corps.

Lesleigh has worked with Dr. Mendelsohn for more than 20 years and in the field of plastic surgery for over 25 years. Her current responsibilities include ensuring that the surgery center meets and exceeds the highest standards of care as established by the AAAHC accreditation guidelines. As a detail oriented person, Lesleigh enjoys taking a leadership role in all quality improvement, infection control and credentialing activities and takes pride in maintaining the accreditation status of the ambulatory surgery center since 2002.

Abby Brophy, RN
Abby is a seasoned and compassionate registered nurse who joined our Advanced Operating Room (OR) team in March 2022.
A proud alumna of the University of Kentucky, Abby holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, reflecting her commitment to excellence in healthcare.
With a career spanning 12 years, Abby initially began her journey in nursing as a Labor & Delivery nurse. Over time, her career evolved as she transitioned into the field of Cosmetic Surgery, where she found fulfillment in helping individuals become the best versions of themselves.
Beyond the operating room, Abby is a devoted mother to three wonderful children. Abby finds joy in watching her children participate in sports and cherishes moments of relaxation by the lake or on the beach.
