NORWOOD, Ohio (WKRC) – A new wrinkle reducer is now on the market.
This new wrinkle reducer is called Jeuveau. It was approved as a wrinkle reducer for several areas of the face just this year, and it seems to be popular with a younger crowd.
Those who want to prevent wrinkles in their 20s and 30s seem to be the ones talking about Jeuveau on social media.
Dr. Jon Mendelsohn at Advanced Cosmetic Surgery & Laser Center said this new wrinkle reducer works similarly to Botox. It works to block the impulse between the nerve and the muscle to minimize the lines and wrinkles between our eyes and forehead creases as well as on crow’s feet.
The cost of Jeuveau is the same as most other wrinkle reducers — around $250 to $300 per area — and it’s not covered by medical insurance plans.
